Le canal de whistleblowing s\u2019adresse \u00e0 tous les professionnels et \u00e0 toutes les parties prenantes des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s du Groupe Azkoyen, qui ont ou pourraient avoir connaissance d\u2019une violation commise par tout autre employ\u00e9, directeur ou administrateur, mais aussi par des clients et fournisseurs.<\/p>

Tous les salari\u00e9s, dirigeants, membres du Conseil d\u2019administration ou collaborateurs externes du Groupe soumis \u00e0 son autorit\u00e9, ayant commis des infractions ou eu des comportements relevant du cadre ci-apr\u00e8s peuvent faire l\u2019objet de signalement.<\/p>

L\u2019objectif du canal de d\u00e9nonciations est la r\u00e9ception, la gestion et le traitement des d\u00e9nonciations relatives \u00e0 des non-conformit\u00e9s ou \u00e0 des \u00e9pisodes de non-respect de la l\u00e9gislation, commis par des salari\u00e9s ou des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s.<\/p>

Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un canal de communication r\u00e9serv\u00e9 accessible aux salari\u00e9s, clients, fournisseurs, actionnaires, etc. li\u00e9s au Groupe Azkoyen, au comit\u00e9 d\u2019audit et \u00e0 la direction de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>
