We’re pleased to share an important step in Vendon’s journey. After careful consideration, we’ve chosen Preses Nama Kvartāls in Ķīpsala as the location for our new office. Once the building is completed in the second half of 2026, our whole team and operations will move there.
For us, the working environment matters. Our teams spend their days building tools that help operators work smarter, so it’s only natural that we want a space that reflects the same mindset: modern, comfortable, and thoughtful in how it’s designed. Preses Nama Kvartāls stood out precisely for that reason. Its location is also a big advantage: easy to reach from both sides of the Daugava, making daily life simpler for colleagues, partners, and visitors.

The team behind the project shares our excitement as well. The construction of the new office building is progressing according to plan, and the developer, Lords LB Asset Management, expects to complete this phase in 2026.
Preses Nama Kvartāls will grow further in the coming years, with future plans including additional office spaces, a medical or educational centre, residential options, and more. Renovation of the historic Preses nams building is also part of the long-term vision.
For Vendon, this move marks the next chapter. We look forward to creating a workspace where our people feel good, ideas flow easily, and our technology continues to evolve.
