Once again, the year has come to an end seemingly just as quickly as it started. And what a year it was, right? As we gear up for 2024, it’s good to pause and take a look back at the journey we’ve shared last year and the milestones we’ve achieved at Vendon.
I’m proud to say that in 2023 we proved that no obstacle is too big for the Vendon team. As part of the Azkoyen Group, we explored new territories for our company, and as a team, I believe we are stronger than ever.
In this exceptionally dynamic year, we not only made significant waves participating at major industry events but also reinforced our global team with exceptionally skilled professionals, leading to strategic expansion in the DACH, UK, and French markets. This underscores our unwavering commitment to excellence and solidifies our position as market leaders.
I am pleased to reveal our success, with an impressive 30% growth experienced in IoT and connectivity in 2023. This achievement showcases our commitment to cutting-edge technologies and continuous improvement which motivates us to reach even higher goals in the future.
In 2023 we reached various milestones through our solutions which are designed to significantly improve our client’s daily operations and optimize business costs. Few of notable accomplishments are:
- Introducing Preventative Maintenance tool that allows users to proactively prevent machine downtime and costly repairs.
- Enhancements to the Downtime report enabling a seamless tracking of machine health status, facilitating the prompt identification and resolution of issues.
- We’ve identified OCS Warehouse as an untapped gem within Vendon Cloud simplifying stock adjustments for coffee and vending machines.
- The Mobile App has undergone refinements aimed at streamlining operations for both refillers and technicians, delivering operational efficiency and cost savings.
However, one of the all milestones I’d like to emphasize more is the groundbreaking solution – Traditional Coffee Telemetry. This carefully designed solution captures precise real-time data, facilitates two-way communication with espresso coffee machines, and offers a diverse set of telemetry tools for machine management. This innovation empowers coffee operators, propelling the industry to new heights and marking a transformative era in coffee quality.
But we’re not stopping there! We forge ahead with a spirit of determination and a vision for the future to further improve coffee and vending operators’ business success.
