Refill rounds are fixed, roughly twice a month, whether the machine is half full or empty. Real consumption per machine shows how much is left, so the round is built from use instead of a date.
A fixed round arrives whether the site is nearly empty or nearly full. Stock levels per machine show who actually needs a delivery, so the round follows real need.
