Automatic Route Planning for Vending & Coffee Operators
Every machine reports its stock to Vendon Cloud. Before the shift starts, each refiller has a route on their phone: low machines on, full machines off, shortest drive. Nobody builds it by hand.

fewer unnecessary visits reported
more machines with the same team
time saved on daily route planning
Who is Route Planning PRO for?
Vending and coffee businesses that refill machines in the field. It pays off most when you run several vans or refillers and the fleet keeps growing.
Vending operators
Snack, drink and combo machines in offices, factories, hospitals and schools. You want fewer sold-out spirals and fewer stops at machines that are still full.
Coffee & OCS businesses
Office coffee machines and roasters who rent out machines. You want beans, milk and cups topped up before they run out โ without driving to every office every week.
Works with any vending or coffee machine connected to Vendon Cloud, whatever the brand.
Still planning routes by hand?
Four problems it creates.
Your vans drive to machines that are still full.
โHe drove 25 minutes to a machine that was 80% full โ and the busy site down the road sold out.โ
WITH ROUTE PLANNING PRO
Machines that donโt need a visit never make it onto the route. The van goes where stock is low, so the sell-outs get caught and the wasted stops disappear.
More machines means hiring another refiller.
โWe are going for new locations. We need more staff.โ
WITH ROUTE PLANNING PRO
When routes follow what machines need, every refiller covers more machines in the same day. You grow the fleet before you grow the team.
Your fuel bill keeps going up.
โDieselโs up again, and the vans are out the same hours as last year.โ
WITH ROUTE PLANNING PRO
Fewer stops, driven in the shortest order, with traffic taken into account. Every visit you skip is a drive you donโt pay for.
Your routes live in one driverโs head.
โOur best refiller left. The new guy visited everything to be safe, and fuel doubled.โ
WITH ROUTE PLANNING PRO
What your drivers know โ site hours, priorities, service times โ goes into the system once. Anyone can run any route, and sick days or holidays stop being a crisis.
Manual vs automatic route planning
Planning a route is the same six steps for every operator. The difference is who does them, and how.

How Route Planning PRO works

Live data from the machines
Stock, status and alerts from every machine on Vendon Cloud decide who needs a visit โ not the day of the week.

Routes get built automaticaly
At the time you set, each refiller gets a route: shortest drive, inside working hours and site opening times, traffic taken into account.

Each refiller gets their route
Stops in order and the pick-list are on their phone. They load what each machine needs and go.

Questions before you start
How are the routes made?
Every machine reports its stock and status to Vendon Cloud. Machines that hit a trigger you set (low stock, an alert, a priority) go on the list. At the time you choose, the system builds a route for each refiller: shortest drive, inside their working hours and the sitesโ opening hours, with traffic taken into account.
What do I need to get started?
Machines connected to Vendon Cloud, and someone who knows your fleet to set the rules once: stock triggers, priorities, site opening hours, and each refillerโs working hours and start point.
How does it decide which machines to visit?
By the triggers you set: stock below a threshold, a machine alert, a priority level. Need a visit anyway, for a new site or a complaint? Plan a Visit adds any machine to the next route.
Does it take traffic into account?
Yes, when the route is built. It doesnโt re-route a van mid-day, so your refillersโ judgement still counts on the road.
Is this the same as dynamic routing?
Yes, thatโs the industry term for routes built from live machine data. Route Planning PRO builds the routes for you and sends them straight to your refillersโ phones.
What happens if a refiller skips a stop?
The system doesnโt track execution during the day; the machineโs stock will put it on the next route.
Are the routes assigned to my staff?
Yes. Each route is built for a named refiller, using their working hours, start point and the machines they cover. If someone is off, reassign their stops to a colleague in seconds and the routes recalculate.
Can I change a route after itโs made?
Yes. Add a stop, move it to another day, hand it to another refiller or change the order. The route recalculates and checks it still fits the working day.
